How do I save/email articles?

Answer

There are several options for saving/emailing articles and searches in SUNYOptSearch. You can view these options on both the results list

email and save options on an article's brief record

as well as the full record of the article

The envelope icon allows you to email the article to yourself or someone else

The link icon allows you to grab a permalink.  This is the persistent link that you can copy in order to bookmark it or share with others and it will always lead to the correct article (do this instead of copy/pasting the URL from the address bar of your web browser).

The pin icon saves the article to your account (you must be logged in for this to work)

You can also save a specific search (you must be signed in first for this as well)
