What is my username/password?

If you are a current member of the SUNY Optometry community your username/password for nearly all library resources will be there same: your SUNY Optometry O365 credentials (user####@sunyopt.edu). If you are having trouble with those credentials please contact campus IT.

The notable exception to this is your ILLiad account. If you do not know your ILLiad account username/password please visit ILLiad to reset your credentials.

For other exceptions please see Exceptions.

Exceptions

There are a small number of resources that require an additional ID/Password. Please see our ID/Password page to access those resources. Additionally, some journal and database websites (e.g., EBSCO, ScienceDirect) allow you to create a personal account. Please note that these personal accounts are not affiliated with the College.

If you are having trouble logging into a resource, let us know via the help form on this page. Including a screenshot of the login page you are having trouble with will better help us resolve your issue
